Which material?

HolographicRainbow shift. Hard to fake.

Add Spot Gloss to any of them: a raised, wet-look layer exactly where your art says — logo, lettering, outline.

By what you're labelling

• Glass jars: Matte for the shelf, Gloss for the fridge, Clear to disappear into the glass.
• Plastic jars and pop-top tubes: Gloss. It flexes and wipes clean.
• Mylar bags: Gloss stands off the bag; Matte sinks into it. Both work.
• Devices and lighters: Gloss or Holographic. Small labels get thumbed.

Screens never match print exactly, and the metallics shift with the light by design. If a colour must be exact, say so at the proof stage.

What goes on a cannabis label

Every state writes its own rules. We print compliance-ready labels every day and our templates leave room for the usual elements — but what yours must say is between you and your regulator.

• Product name and type
• Net weight — usually grams and ounces, e.g. 3.5 g (0.125 oz)
• THC and CBD content, in your state's format
• The state THC symbol, at its minimum size
• Required warning text, at its minimum font size
• License number, batch or lot number, dates
• QR code to lab results, where required

Keep required text inside the template's safe area, as live text at the size specified. For batch numbers and dates, print a blank box for a stamp — or send a file per batch; we run short.

We check that artwork prints cleanly and matches your proof. We don't review it for regulatory compliance — confirm the required elements with your state before approving.
