SlamStickers is operated by Slam Productions Inc. (“The Slam Company”) in Austin, Texas. This page explains what we collect when you order, why we need it, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email orders@theslamcompany.com and we'll answer plainly.
What we collect
- Your order — the products, sizes, materials, finishes and quantities you choose.
- Contact and delivery details — name, email address, phone number and shipping address, collected at checkout so we can produce and deliver your order.
- Artwork you upload — the design files you send us to print.
- Account details, if you choose to sign in with Google — your name, email address and profile picture. You do not need an account to order.
- Support conversations, if you use the chat or email us.
We do not see or store your card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Why we have it
To print and ship what you ordered, to send you a proof and get your approval, to keep you updated, and to answer questions about your order. We also keep order records because we are required to for tax and accounting.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We send two kinds of reminder email: one if you enter your email at checkout and leave before paying, with your cart saved, and one a few weeks after an order in case you are running low. Each goes out once, and every one has a link that stops them. Stopping reminders does not affect emails about an order you place — your receipt, proof and shipping notice.
Your artwork
Artwork is stored in private cloud storage that is not publicly accessible and is not indexed by search engines. We use it to produce your order, and our production team can download it while the job is live. We do not use your artwork as a portfolio piece, in marketing, or as an example to another customer without asking you first.
If you want your files removed after a job is complete, email us and we'll delete them.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run the site. Each one only receives what it needs:
- Stripe — payment processing, billing and shipping address.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Cloudflare R2 — artwork and template storage.
- Neon — the database holding your order history.
- Resend — sending order and shipping emails.
- Twilio — sending order text messages to the phone number you give at checkout: order received, proof ready, shipped. Reply STOP to any of them to stop receiving texts. We do not send marketing texts.
- Notion — our internal production board, where your order becomes a job.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account.
- Anthropic — powers the support chat. Messages you type there are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.
Please don't put anything confidential into the chat that you wouldn't put in an email.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh — it is not sent to us until you check out. If you sign in, we set a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. Artwork is kept while a job is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you reorder. You can ask us to delete either at any time, except where we are legally required to keep a record of a transaction.
Your choices
Email orders@theslamcompany.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete your account, or have your artwork removed. We'll action it within 30 days.
Children
SlamStickers is a business-to-business printing service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed.
